Education that impacts the future success of the floral designer is supported through Grants from the AIFD Foundation.
The AIFD Foundation Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the 2024 Grants.

2024

Grant to Underwrite AIFD® Symposium in the Amount of $27,495

Grant to AIFD® and Four Award Winning High Schools in the Amount of $10,000

Grant to the FFA Fund in the Amount of $2,500

Grant to support the research and development of the American Floral Trends in the Amount of $5,000 with additional support available to present the American Floral Trends Exhibit during the 2024 AIFD® Symposium in Orlando.

Grant to support the study of Ikebana in the amount of $2,000

Grants to AIFD® Regional Chapters in the Amount of $500 in support a NEW Regional Chapter educational event or an existing Regional Chapter event with a NEW educational component

Two Grants to Regional Chapters in the Amount of $1,000 each in support of the Friends of the AIFD Foundation Regional Chapter Competition


Grants were awarded, in the amount of $500 each, to SAIFD Chapters to enhance the 2024 AIR programs. These Grants are funded by a earmarked donation to the SAIFD Fund to SAIFD Chapters at the following universities.
